Meatballs with Baked Vegetables

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 capia pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cup boiled peas

 

  • 300 grams of ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

 

  • 1 teacup of oil

 

  • 1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme

 


Preparation of;






  1. First of all, meatballs are prepared.
  2. Garlic and onion are finely chopped and added to the ground meat.
  3. By adding other meatball ingredients, it is well tired and shaped like a walnut.
  4. Carrots and potatoes are peeled.
  5. The potatoes are cut into small cubes.
  6. Carrots are thinly sliced ​​into rounds.
  7. Capia peppers are cut into small squares.
  8. Potatoes, carrots, capia peppers and meatballs are fried in hot oil in order.
  9. We don't fry them too much, just let them turn color because they will be cooked in the oven.
  10. Put the fried carrots, potatoes and capia peppers on the baking tray.
  11. We add a glass of boiled peas on it and mix the garnish.
  12. We also add the fried meatballs on it.
  13. After turning a tablespoon or so of thyme and tomato paste, we add two glasses of hot water and boil our sauce.
  14. Pour the boiling sauce onto the baking tray.
  15. You make it on the tray with wet baking paper or pyrex, cover it with the pyrex head and bake it in the oven at 180° for about 40 minutes.
  16. We cook it covered for the first 20 minutes and uncovered for the last 20 minutes and make the meatballs brown. Good luck to those who try it.
